Email hello@foliyo.io. Include what you were trying to do, the tool you used and the error message.
Never send passwords, API keys, sign-in codes or complete OAuth callback URLs. Remove private client content from screenshots.
Connecting an AI tool
Use the hosted MCP address https://foliyo.io/mcp. Sign into Foliyo, check the requested permissions and approve the connection. Our connection guide covers supported tools.
If authorization stalls, start a fresh connection from your AI tool. A callback to localhost or 127.0.0.1 can be normal for a CLI running on your computer. Keep that CLI running until it confirms the connection.
Pages and recipients
Manage your published work from Links or your connected AI tool. Check the page's PIN, email restrictions, expiry and recipient access when someone cannot open it. Sharing a personalized recipient link can attribute its visits to that recipient.
Billing and cancellation
Open Billing to manage your subscription through Stripe. Contact us about billing problems or refund requests. Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account or published pages.
Privacy, deletion and security
Email hello@foliyo.io for a data access, correction or deletion request, or to report a security issue. Include your account email, or the relevant page URL if you are a recipient. We may need to verify your identity. See our privacy policy for what we store and the controls available.
