Terms of service
These terms cover the Foliyo website, hosted pages, CLI and MCP integration.

Using Foliyo
By using Foliyo, you agree to these terms. You must have authority to use the account and to act for any organization you represent. Keep your account and integration credentials secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of your content. You give Foliyo permission to store, process, display and transmit it as needed to provide the features you request. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions for content, client branding, personal information and recipient details you provide.
Review AI-generated content before publishing it. You are responsible for deciding who may access a page, checking its accuracy and choosing appropriate access restrictions. Connected tools can take actions within the permissions you approve, including updates and deletion where permitted.
Acceptable use
Do not use Foliyo for unlawful content, fraud, phishing, malware, impersonation, harassment or infringement of others' rights. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, obtain another user's data or disrupt the service. Do not publish credentials or sensitive personal information on unrestricted pages.
Plans and billing
Free and paid features are described on the website. Paid subscriptions renew at the interval and price displayed when you subscribe, unless cancelled. Manage cancellation through Billing. Cancellation takes effect according to the subscription terms displayed by Stripe and does not itself delete your content. Contact support about payment errors or refund requests. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Plan limits and features can change. We will communicate material changes affecting an existing paid subscription before they apply. No subscription purchase is required inside your AI conversation to use features already available to your account.
Availability and third parties
We aim to keep Foliyo reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, permanent storage or error-free AI output. Keep your own copy of important work. AI clients, payment services, external links and embedded content are provided by third parties under their own terms.
Suspension and ending use
We may restrict access or remove content where reasonably necessary to address violations, security threats or legal obligations. You can stop using Foliyo, revoke integrations, cancel your subscription and request account deletion. Deleting content does not remove copies already obtained by recipients or third-party services.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Foliyo is provided as available without guarantees that it will meet every particular purpose. We are not responsible for losses caused by content you publish, permissions you grant or third-party services beyond our control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy and changes
Our privacy policy describes data collection, sharing, retention and controls. We may update these terms as the service changes and will identify the updated date. Contact hello@foliyo.io about these terms or a dispute.
