Create a branded client proposal with your AI tool
A useful client proposal makes a decision easy: it states the problem, your recommendation, the scope, the cost and what happens next. Foliyo helps you package that work as a branded link from your AI tool, while keeping revisions and recipient access under your control.
Build the proposal before polishing it
Start with the client brief and your own judgment. Ask the agent to flag missing evidence, ambiguous deliverables and assumptions instead of filling them in as facts. A confident layout should not conceal an unclear scope.
- State the business problem and the decision the client needs to make.
- Describe the recommended approach and why it fits this client.
- List deliverables, exclusions, dependencies and who approves each stage.
- Set out pricing, timing and the next action using approved figures.
- Add evidence and links that help the client evaluate the recommendation.
An example creation brief
This fictional example asks the agent to preserve the source of truth rather than invent a budget or promise a result.
Create a Foliyo proposal from the approved Northwind brief. Include the problem, recommendation, deliverables, exclusions, timeline, approved pricing and next steps. Flag missing details before drafting. Use the client’s brand guide and my consultancy as sender. Make it a scrolling page, require a PIN and show me the complete draft before publishing. Do not send emails.Review it as the client will see it
Check that all main content is actually present, source links work and text remains readable on a phone. Confirm the sender, recipient access and any expiry or view limit. Test the recipient path, not just the editor preview.
Foliyo supports static HTML with supported images, fonts and controls. An arbitrary JavaScript app needs adaptation. Keep essential content visible rather than dependent on unsupported script behavior.
Revise the existing link
When the scope changes, ask the agent to find the existing proposal and update it. Review the changed numbers and confirm that the access settings are still appropriate. Updating at the same URL avoids circulating a second live link with a different version.
Tell the client what changed when that context matters. A stable link prevents one kind of version confusion; it does not replace clear communication about a revised offer.
Use engagement to inform the next conversation
A Free read receipt can tell you whether an open was recorded. Pro recipient and section reports add context about activity. An unopened personal link may justify a simple reminder; engagement around scope or pricing may suggest a useful discussion topic.
Treat these as clues. Time on a section does not prove agreement, and a forwarded link can blur attribution. Review any follow-up message yourself before sending it.
