Foliyo

Manage multiple client brands in one Foliyo workspace

Foliyo separates a page’s visual design from the identity sending it. An agency can publish work in a client’s style while identifying the agency as the sender, then reuse the right project context for the next deliverable. Pro is billed per workspace, with no per-seat, per-brand or per-recipient price line.

Design, sender and audience are different choices

The design guide describes typography, colors and layout. The sender identifies who the work comes from. The audience identifies the people receiving it. A client website may be the design reference even when your own consultancy is the sender.

For example, a consultant working across seven projects might save seven client design guides, use their own consultancy as a recurring sender and keep a separate audience for each project. The next report should load the selected project context before making design choices.

Build a reusable client setup

Use material you have permission to use. A website can be a visual reference without every image or phrase on it being licensed for republication.

  1. Name the project so the agent can distinguish it from other client work.
  2. Save an approved design guide, or ask the agent to draft one using the client website as a reference. Review colors, typography and any assets.
  3. Choose or save a sender identity independently of the design guide.
  4. Save the intended audience and access preference when supported by your project workflow.
  5. For each new Foliyo, confirm the project, content, format and recipients before publishing.
Create a Foliyo for the Northwind project. Reuse its saved design guide, with my consultancy as sender. Use the latest approved proposal content. Show the selected project, sender and access settings before publishing. Do not reuse another client’s recipients.

Flat pricing does not mean there are no product limits

Foliyo Pro costs $29 per workspace per month or $290 per workspace per year. The annual option saves $58 compared with twelve monthly payments. Your AI tool subscription is separate.

There are no additional per-seat, per-brand or per-recipient fees, but current service limits still apply: up to 50 saved design guides and 25 sender identities per workspace, and 50 named recipients per Foliyo. Consult the pricing page for the plan comparison.

When should clients have separate workspaces?

Use one workspace when the same authorized operator manages the projects. A project is organizational context, not a promise of tenant isolation between users of that workspace.

If different clients need separate ownership or separate access boundaries, use separate client accounts or workspaces rather than relying on a project name. Keep each client’s service ownership, content and credentials under the appropriate account.
