How to share AI work with clients under your brand
To share AI work with a client, separate the finished deliverable from the conversation that produced it. Foliyo publishes your reviewed report, proposal or presentation as a branded browser link, using your own or your client’s design, with access controls and optional reader tracking.
When does a separate client deliverable help?
A conversation link is useful when someone needs the discussion itself. A finished deliverable serves a different purpose: it puts the recommendation, supporting evidence and next decision in one place. This is especially useful for consultants, agencies and independent specialists who share work repeatedly.
Use a native artifact when you need the features of that AI platform. Use Foliyo when the handoff needs a client-specific visual identity, an address you can keep updating and recipient engagement information. Foliyo publishes static HTML; it does not host arbitrary JavaScript apps.
From Claude or ChatGPT to a Foliyo link
Start with a connected Foliyo MCP client. Availability and connection steps vary by AI product and account; the integration guide lists the routes. Connecting a custom server is different from installing a publicly listed app.
- Ask your AI tool to assemble only the finished deliverable. Include the recommendation, assumptions, sources and next action. Remove internal notes and unrelated conversation content.
- Choose a scrolling web page, fixed 16:9 presentation or flexible slides. Match the format to how the client will read it.
- Choose the client’s brand guide or a website whose visual style you have permission to use. Set the sender separately.
- Choose a PIN, unrestricted access or a Pro email gate. Add personal recipient links if you need attribution.
- Review the actual content and links. Publish only when the preview is ready, then share the returned URL.

Open the link as a recipient. Check headings, charts, source links, mobile layout and any controls. If the work began as an interactive app, simplify unsupported behavior before publishing. A polished wrapper cannot make an incomplete report useful.

Can I change the work after sharing?
Yes. Ask the connected agent to find the existing Foliyo and update it at the same address. Confirm that the intended access settings remain in place. Recipients can open the updated version without a new URL; copies they previously downloaded or saved will not update automatically.
