Save a design guide for each client and reuse it for the next deliverable. The design can reference a client website or approved brand material. Your agency can remain the sender, so the work looks right for the audience while making responsibility clear.
Use saved project context to select the right design and audience. Review those choices before publication, particularly when moving between clients. A project organizes work inside a workspace; it is not a separate client access boundary.
Deliver the work your team already creates
Create in a compatible AI tool through MCP, or use the Foliyo CLI. Publish a scrolling report, a fixed 16:9 presentation or flexible slides. The recipient opens the finished work in a browser, subject to your chosen access rules, without needing a Foliyo account.

Keep the address when the work changes
Ask your agent to update the existing Foliyo after a scope change or a new reporting period. Recipients return to the current version at the same address. Communicate material changes explicitly and retain approved source files separately.
Choose PIN protection on Free or an email gate on Pro. Personal recipient links and detailed Pro engagement reports can inform follow-up. They measure recorded activity, not approval or understanding.
One Pro price per workspace
Foliyo Pro is $29 per workspace per month or $290 per year. There are no additional per-seat, per-brand or per-recipient subscription charges. Your AI subscriptions are separate.
Service limits still apply: up to 50 saved design guides and 25 sender identities per workspace, and 50 named recipients per Foliyo. Free includes Foliyo branding and a basic read receipt. Pro removes Foliyo branding and adds detailed engagement and email gates.
