One Foliyo workspace price across your client brands

Foliyo Pro is USD $29 per workspace per month or $290 per workspace per year. It has no additional per-seat, per-brand or per-recipient subscription charge. Your AI subscription is separate. For an agency regularly delivering work for several clients, that makes the publishing cost straightforward to budget.

This is a billing model, not a claim of unlimited collaboration permissions or unlimited stored objects. Current limits include 50 saved design guides and 25 sender identities per workspace, and 50 named recipients per Foliyo. Published pages also have content and size constraints. Confirm the workflow fits your account-management needs.

DocSend Standard is priced per user, while its Advanced plans include a user allowance. Visitors do not require paid licenses. Compare the relevant plan and billing interval; “every competitor charges per seat for everything” would be an inaccurate claim.

When Foliyo is a good fit

Consider Foliyo when the recurring job is a client-ready proposal, research brief, campaign report or project update. You already have an AI workflow for producing the work and want the handoff to be recognizable, readable and easy to revise.

For example, a consultant might prepare a proposal in one client’s visual style, a monthly report in another client’s style and a launch handoff in a third. The consultant remains the sender on each. A saved project can retain the right context so the next deliverable starts with the correct design and audience.

That separation matters more than simply replacing one logo with another. A good deliverable communicates who did the work, which client it serves, what evidence supports it and what decision comes next. Open the examples and judge the reading experience for your own clients.

When to keep evaluating DocSend

If you need to collect signatures, manage a formal diligence process or organize a large deal room, make those requirements the starting point. Foliyo does not claim enterprise data-room or eSignature equivalence. Do not replace an essential control with an attractive report page.

Also evaluate migration effort. List the files, existing links, access settings, historical analytics and responsibilities you would need to retain. A new publishing tool does not automatically import that history. Keep the current workflow available while you test a separate, fictional handoff.

For a team already happy with its document workflow, switching may not be necessary. Foliyo is most useful when publishing directly from the AI agent and managing distinct client identities solve a repeated problem for you.

Run a small evaluation with a real acceptance checklist

Use a fictional or approved non-sensitive deliverable for the first test. The purpose is to find out whether the recipient gets the right work with fewer handoff problems, not to prove that every feature belongs in one tool.

1. Choose a proposal or report you send regularly. Record the sections and evidence it must contain.
2. Create a free Foliyo through your connected AI tool. Set the design, sender and PIN, then review the final HTML.
3. Open the returned link in a separate browser session on desktop and mobile. Check access, content and every important link.
4. Revise one detail and verify the original URL shows the change.
5. Check the read receipt. If evaluating Pro reporting, distinguish recipient-link attribution from verified identity and visible time from comprehension.
6. Choose based on the controls, reading experience and recurring effort you observed. Keep any signature or diligence workflow that still needs a separate service.

The DocSend side is a documentation review, not a hands-on DocSend trial. Plan details can change; the source links above are the place to check before purchasing.

On the Foliyo side, native Claude Code and Codex publishing checks on that date covered preparation, preflight, creation, retrieval, revision and report retrieval. Independent checks verified stored content, PIN protection and the unchanged URL after an update. Those checks used disposable fictional pages with tracking and notifications off. They were workflow checks, not a comparison of analytics accuracy between products.
