Foliyo vs Naimi: an alternative for AI client deliverables

Consider Foliyo as a Naimi alternative when you want to publish finished work directly from a connected AI tool, reuse each client’s identity and manage the handoff at one stable link. Compare Naimi too if reusable sales templates, a browser creation studio or editable presentation exports are central to your workflow.

Choose around the work you send repeatedly

A report, a sales proposal and a presentation can share a visual style while serving different jobs. Before comparing tools, identify the recurring handoff: what the reader receives, what they need to decide and what you need to change after sending it.

Foliyo is designed for people who produce finished work with AI and share it with clients. The agent prepares your static HTML, then Foliyo publishes it with the selected design, sender, access controls and tracking setting. You can create in one connected tool and retrieve or revise the same page in another authorized tool.

Naimi describes a workflow built around reusable templates and client-specific fields, with both a browser studio and an agent route. This can suit a repeatable offer where approved structure stays consistent across many recipients. Treat the choice as a workflow evaluation, rather than assuming that one product must replace everything the other does.

Pricing and workspace limits

Foliyo Pro is $29 per workspace per month or $290 per year. It removes Foliyo branding and adds detailed engagement reports and email gates. There is no additional per-seat, per-brand or per-recipient subscription charge. Your AI tool subscription or API usage remains separate.

Naimi lists Pro at $19 per month or $190 per year, and Business at $49 per month or $490 per year. Its plans include team-seat allowances. Studio creation credits are separate; using your own agent does not consume those Studio credits. Naimi Pro is cheaper than Foliyo Pro at these listed prices.

Both services have limits, and the plans are not identical. Foliyo currently supports 50 saved design guides and 25 sender identities per workspace, and 50 named recipients per Foliyo. Flat pricing does not establish unlimited human-user permissions or unlimited stored objects. Compare the relevant features and limits for your workload.

Choose Foliyo for a considered client handoff from your agent

Imagine an agency delivering a strategy for one client, a campaign report for another and a launch handoff for a third. Each deliverable needs its own visual context, while the agency remains the sender. Foliyo keeps those choices separate and reusable through saved project settings.

The report can be a scrolling page for independent reading, fixed 16:9 slides for a live presentation or flexible slides for sections of different lengths. Keep the recommendation, evidence and next action visible. The value comes from making your thinking easy to assess, not merely hiding the tool that helped you create it.

The publishing workflow also supports reviewed revisions. Fetch the existing content, change the intended sections, preflight the result and update the existing page. Foliyo retains up to 10 previous snapshots within a 15 MiB budget per page. Restoring content preserves current access controls, so it is not a way to reinstate old permissions.

Choose around the capabilities you cannot compromise on

If your client must edit an actual PowerPoint deck, Foliyo’s browser presentation is not a replacement for that file. If your procurement process requires a customer-owned domain or a browser authoring studio, include those requirements in your evaluation. Do not switch tools before testing the outputs and controls you depend on.

Foliyo publishes static HTML and supported controls. It does not host arbitrary JavaScript applications, provide eSignature or act as a full CRM. Its current offline route uses a private print view and your browser’s Print / Save as PDF. Automatic hosted PDF downloads are not currently available, and an offline copy loses the live page’s PIN gate and tracking.

Branding, shared links and reader analytics exist in multiple products. They are not unique advantages on their own. Evaluate whether Foliyo’s combination of agent publishing, reusable client setup and revision workflow saves effort on the actual work you send.

Try the same client deliverable in both workflows

Use fictional or approved non-sensitive material for a fair trial. Keep the brief, acceptance checklist and recipient task the same. Record what you observe instead of judging only the screenshot at the top of a page.

  1. Choose one report or proposal with a summary, evidence, a detailed table and a clear next action.
  2. Apply the intended client design and identify your business as the sender.
  3. Open the shared result as a recipient on desktop and mobile. Check access, navigation, tables and source links.
  4. Revise one detail after sharing, then verify that the original link shows the right content.
  5. Inspect the readership information available on the relevant plan. Treat link attribution and visible time as signals, not proof of identity or understanding.
  6. Check any required offline or editable export before committing to the workflow.

Who wrote this comparison and what was checked?

This is a vendor comparison published by Foliyo. The Naimi side is a review of its official pricing, Studio and agent documentation on 27 September 2026, not a hands-on Naimi account test. We have not independently verified its export quality, customer count or marketing claims.

The Foliyo capabilities described here are reflected in our shipped product and published feature documentation. Our release checks covered agent publishing, same-link updates, revision recovery and recipient flows. This article is not a head-to-head benchmark, and it does not claim better conversion rates or analytics accuracy than Naimi.
